Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."
