I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

The installation crew had no knowledge of this or the addition of antivibration pads, which are in agreement. However, they made it right and completed the work successfully. The installers, Colin and Mason, are the shining stars! They worked diligently, without complaint, in the cold rain and muddy landscape, adding the additional work that they were not expecting. They were thorough and completed the job to our satisfaction."

Our air conditioning removal and replacement was handled by at least a dozen different people from Bradham Brothers. They found solutions to the problems we asked them and never pressured me to sell us something we didn't need or want. We had asked them originally to replace our furnace and a/c unit and use the existing ducts. After they had removed the old equipment, I was down in the basement asking questions about cleaning my ducts. They showed me how flimsy and worn out the ducts were and my wife and I decided to replace everything. They requoted a new price for the additional work which was fair. This was completely our decision. We are Very Satisfied ! When the county building inspector came by to inspect the installation he told us he never has to worry about Bradham Brothers work. "They are a top of the line company and they really know the building codes". He said, "They made his job so much easier".
