"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. "Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today."
