"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. So i called Advanced and they came out and fixed the issue without a super costly replacement. Also when there was another unseen issue that came up after he left, the technician (Ted) came back and fixed it for free. "Perfect! The AC quit on a Friday evening. I called Ellington expecting a recording or answering service, but got a live person. They scheduled a call Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and the Tech showed up on time. Couldn't repair as a part was needed, but said he would look for a temporary fix and returned Sunday morning and fixed it. Ordered the new replacement part on Tuesday and made permanent repair on Thursday. I'm 77 years old and I've never dealt with a more professional company then Cocoa's Ellington Air conditioning service."

Initial service call on a Sunday determined issue, Monday morning first thing brought sales/service to determine my new unit needs, Monday afternoon company delivered a temporary cooling system to get us by till install day. Wednesday morning install team arrives and has completed by 2pm. They were organized, clean, picked up after themselves and made the indoor and outdoor units areas cleaner, painted and prettier than before. Exceptional job by EVERYONE. Computer h*** exists! My wife's work computer (an old Gateway) developed problems (required start up 3-4 times prior to

image on monitor). I had retained (at that time) a 1 1/2 yr. old Dell 745 and a  1 1/2 yr. old Dell 840 Power Edge Server from my business upon retirement. I took the Gateway to my previous Tech who transferred data to t;he Dell 745.  Within 30 days the 745 began refusing to start up. I chkd. Angie's List  (my previous Tech was unavailable due to her employer's business volume) and read No. Ala. Technical Svs. reviews; called Jim Ferrell who returned my call from out of town. Jim undertook the "exam' and clean-up remotely. When the problem was not resolved remotely, we agreed to meet in a highly public spot for Jim to take the Dell 745 in for service. (I might add that on three occasions of personal meetings with Jim, he was prompt to the minute).
    After exam (a couple of days) Jim  texted that it would appear the mother board was failing. I told him that I had the Dell 840 Power Edge Server and asked if data could be transferred to it. Jim did transfer the data, installed all the back up files (e-mail, photos, billing files, correspondence, etc. that he had backed up for us (just in case). Delivered both units back to me.  We encountered a problem with our e-mail provider and setting up Outlook that evening. I called Jim who then spent another couple of hours to resolve that problem. 
    In the midst of all this, my wife got discouraged because of the "continuing" computer problems, went out to a big box store and bought a Toshiba laptop.The cursor would not work and she had to use a mouse to use the laptop. After 3 weeks she returned the laptop to the big box (which was most courteous in their concierge procedure).
    We have been using our converted Server as a desk top station for the last month without incurring any problems. I would recommend No.  Ala. Technical Services and Jim Ferrell to anyone for computer repair. I found Jim to be diligent, knowledeable, cost conscious, concerned, and reliable. Larry P. Young

"Ron was out twice to check the A/C leak and was very friendly each time. And he was able to recommend different options of solutions. We decided to have them replace our A/C with a new system. The crew was here on time and didn't leave any mess in or out of the home. Everything is performed well and efficiently right now. Very happy with their services. Will have them maintain my system from now on."

"We're a couple living in a multi-unit condo building and identified possible issues with mold in the air ducts. Our landlord called Best Choice to assess and remedy the situation. Eric and Matt came out and identified what was going on, investigated the likely causes, provided a range of options, and executed exactly what they said they would do. They wound up cleaning the ducts with a sanitizing gas and installing a UV light at the AC intake to prevent future outbreaks. They were always professional, punctual, and all-around considerate. They were clear about environmental factors such as noise and scent, so we knew what to expect at every step. They were very conscientious of the current COVID situation, and, upon request, were always wearing a mask and distancing themselves as best as possible. Before leaving, they provided a clear outlook for what to expect as the dead mold spores exited the ducts. Best Choice came out on 08 June; it's currently 13 June, and exactly what Eric and Matt told us to expect is exactly what happened. They were also explicit on how to safely handle the UV light. The UV light hardware---for which Eric provided a range of options and our landlord went with an upper-end one---was a large percentage of the cost. Otherwise, Best Choice charged on a per-vent basis; we have six vents and one AC intake. Concerning price negotiation and communications to arrange appointments, we cannot comment directly, as we're renting, and the landlord did these things. However, based on how the actual service went for us, we have no concerns if we ever need to contact them directly. If we ever own in Central Florida and have issues with mold or air ducts, we're going with these guys!"
