"10 OUT OF 10, WOULD CALL AGAIN! Imagine our dismay when we had a water leak in our bathroom that soaked our hardwood flooring and drywall. This had been ongoing for some time and we were completely unaware of the issue due to the location in our closet that we use to store luggage and other items we rarely use. The mold had already started growing and we were freaking out! Luckily, Mike and his team were in the area and they were there within the hour. They removed all of the wet and moldy drywall, baseboards, flooring, treated the mold on the wall studs, and had the drying equipment set up and running quickly. The closet was sealed off to prevent the spread of mold throughout our home which I thought was a nice touch. Once completed, the work area was cleared of all debris and trash, the workers were professional, knowledgeable, and were more than happy to answer all of my â what ifâ questions. The equipment they left behind dried and purified the air to help speed the dry time. Their visits on the following days to measure the amount of moisture left and make sure the equipment was operating properly was quick and we hardly noticed they were there. The overall experience was like a dream, because after the flooring and drywall was repaired, itâ s like it never happened. We now keep their number on our refrigerator in the event we have another issue. Itâ s like having insurance, without the premium! I highly recommend the Kingsley team. They are truly the BEST!"

"We were in a bind on a Friday with this and they went out of their way to get service to us. We have used Crew for 2 other calls, one to connect a dryer to natural gas line and another to replace a pressure reduction valve on our incoming main water supply. ?Those calls were just as efficient and with a reasonable price, like today. Kevin was our tech on all 3 calls. Erin in the office was most helpful on all 3 calls. "I received a call on my cell phone from my husband that the backyard and the inside of our home were flooded with water. It was a school night, and my son and I were in the car on the way home from his violin practice. I was in a panic and immediately called the Lindemann's, Sharon and Jeff, owners of Sincerely Yours, smoke and water restoration services. I had met them at church, and not thinking, called them at their home instead of their emergency business phone number. I apologized and Mrs. Lindemann said think nothing of it, took my information, and had a water restoration team at our home in less than an hour. <br /> This was messy, filthy work in very hot weather. The back half of our home was completely flooded by a burst pipe originating in the master bathroom. The house was not only inches deep in water but filled with breath-taking humidity with which the the air conditioning could not begin to compete. The restoration team was prompt, cheerful and courteous and seem to understand better than we did, the emotional toll this disaster was about unfurl upon us for weeks to come. They diagnosed the problem, brought in pumps and heaters and immediately went to work getting the mess under control while being very careful and respectful of our property, damaged or not, and moved ALL of are belongings to the dry, and safer end of home. They were careful not to contribute to the mess by putting down tarps and respectfully relocating everything from the flooded area. <br /> The team worked in our home for several days and became like members of our family as we got to know them on a first name basis. Chris, was amazing and the standout among the team. I came to trust his judgement on every detail, from diagnosing, documenting and photographing damage to removing and hauling off water damaged sub flooring, wood and sheetrock ensuring that our insurance company would have everything needed to assess a fair and accurate settlement, and ensuring that our home would be fully restored like it was before the disaster. <br /> Jeff and Sharon Lindemann went above and beyond what I would expect from any business by calling and checking on us and the progress of work making sure we were happy with every step of the process. The icing on the cake was a hand written note from Mr. Lindemann that included movie tickets and a gift card for dinner, encouraging our family to take a break away from everything for an evening of entertainment and relaxation on them. Having experienced this dreadful disaster, Sharon and Jeff knew EXACTLY what we were going through. I would NEVER ever use another company but Sincerely Yours, God forbid, something of this nature ever happened in our home again. "I called on a Friday to get a quote. After receiving an estimate of $150. I scheduled for them to come out the following Monday. She asked if I could remove the light items from the rooms and they could do the heavy items for an additional cost depending on the size. I scheduled them for 10 am. I removed all the items from the carpeted areas except for the beds, dressers, desks, and nightstands. Kale arrived around 9:30am. I walked him around and explained the areas I was concerned with and wanted cleaned. He was very friendly and professional. He thanked me for getting everything out of the way. He was able to place blocks under the night stands and desks after he cleaned the carpet. He was so grateful for my assistance in clearing the rooms of the items he shampooed the area rug for free. He was able to clean the areas in around 2 hours. It took the carpet around 4 hours to dry except for a few areas he had to deep clean and a few areas that didn't get as much ventilation. I was very pleased with the cleaning service and Kale. Final cost was $125.00. Will use them again."

"The problem started when a water filter housing failed and we water was pouring into the laundry room. My wife asked who should we call? My response was to call Disaster Plus (DP) at 843.7.247.247. Chris answered the call, evaluated the situation, and a DP team consisting of Chris and his son Kaleb arrived at our home shortly after. Chris started by taking pictures outside the house followed by pictures of the damage inside. I could tell by his take-charge attitude and his demeanor that Chris is a professional and experienced restoration Project Manager. We discussed the process DP would follow. Chris and Kaleb went to work like a well-oiled team. The water was extracted from the carpet, moisture readings were taken, appliances were moved, the damage to the (hard wood floor, carpet, pad and linoleum) were assessed. A dehumidifier and 6 or 7 fans were brought in to start the drying process. With all the above done Chris explained that we needed to let the fans and the dehumidifier run, as installed, until DP returned on Monday. First thing Monday morning a DP team (consisting of Jake and another Chris) arrived to check on the status of the drying process by taking moisture readings. They also remove the hardwood floor, the linoleum, and the carpet padding. The removal was done quickly and they cleaned up when they were done. Unfortunately, everything was not dry enough to remove all the equipment. Jake repositioned the fans so they would have the most effective drying potential in the areas that were not completely dry. Tuesday morning the DP team arrived to take new moisture readings. In some areas, the moisture readings were still not low enough and required another day of drying. Again, the fans were repositioned appropriately. Finally, Wednesday morning all moisture readings were within acceptable limits and all the drying equipment was removed. I highly recommend Disaster Plus. When you need, restoration help just call 843-7-247-247. I don’t think you will be disappointed."
