"Pros: Service went well, they were on prompt and courteous. The owner was informative about some critical air sealing issues.  He seemed to have a good amount of insight on how to fix issues.
Cons: The hard-sell, I was not ready to go further with any other repairs and it was hard for them to accept no as an answer.  Additionally I noticed one of the workers setting the caulk gun on furniture, and then wiping it up.  This happened several times.
The Take-a-way:  I would actually hire them again.  I felt like the work is good and they're willing to negotiate.  Just be prepared to say no if you don't want service.
