"Excellent communication between me and the service Technician. He also did a good job communicating with our Tenant. The repair/solution was scheduled and completed as-scheduled and ontime."

"I signed up to have one of my HVAC's covered by Tim Kyle. I used the electrical service for over 20 years and the service is exemplary. This is the first time I used the HVAC service. I was impressed. It was a great job performed by a knowledgeable, pleasant tech who was available to answer any questions I had. Most important the HVAC was up and running before the 100 degree days to come later this week. Thanks guys"

"JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. Their lead service tech, Isak, was great - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed and will have them return for maintenance and service in the future."

"We have been thoroughly satisfied with the Holtzople team. From Corey in service to Austin, who handled the estimating for our new HVAC unit, and finally to the installers, Eric and JT, the level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire team has been exceptional. Throughout the years we’ve worked with Holtzople, we’ve consistently felt well cared for—something that’s becoming increasingly rare with vendors. I highly recommend them for service or any HVAC needs you may have."

"Tony my service person is wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, hard worker and cleans up everything. We had a water heater installed, outside faucet repaired, kitchen sink pipes unclogged and a faucet lever repaired. Happy with everything."

"I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

"Same day AC repair! I called at 930 am and the tech fixed the AC by 2 pm. Amazing service. I bought the annual service policy for HVAC since Horizon was so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!"

"The technician was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The A/C is working as designed."
