We went to BBB arbitration and won the case against him and he got his BBB accreditation suspended. See below the decision of the BBB arbitrator in her own words: ***In review of the testimony from both parties and the evidence presented, the decision for this arbitration is as follows: Award: Consumer seeks a refund of $2,460 for overpayment of materials Concerns regarding the difference in the amounts should have been discussed and resolved prior to the final payment being remitted. Costs of materials as charged by a retailer to a business may or may not include discounts.
