The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

She air-tested 3-4 major areas, pulled carpet, checked all sinks and toilets for leaks, even tested the screen porch carpet. I am anticipating the formal report this week, six days after the inspection. In addition, Vickie is very communicative and gave me lots of good information, and she promised to provide mitigation instructions so I can do it myself!"
