"This was easily the best experience we've had with the numerous maintenance and improvement projects we've had to do on our house since we bought it 4 years ago. It was a pleasure to work with Ryan. He is extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward, and very good about answering questions. He was quick to respond to questions both before and during the work, and his workers are very competent and professional. The carpenter who installed the windows did the work in three days and the results are perfect -- secure fit and beautiful workmanship. As an added benefit, the new windows are sized for the original openings in the framing of the house and provide much more light than the previous replacement windows. When the siding crew began work, they worked very methodically and steadily and finished the entire project on our large tri-level in exactly two weeks. The work is top-notch -- it looks beautiful and they were diligent about critical details like flashing and caulking. The gutter crew arrived a few days later and also did a great job. We chose Ralston Exteriors based on the recommendation of a relative who'd had siding work done by them a few years ago and we would also enthusiastically recommend the company to anyone who's looking for new windows and siding. We will definitely use them again when the time comes to replace the roof."

"Wes and Nick (and Rob, Scott, Devon and Andy) arrived promptly at 7 am (the day after Memorial Day mind you). Ladders were up and leaves were flying off the roof within minutes. Three worked inside; three worked outside. At one point I thought there were 4 inside because they were movings so efficiently through our home, cleaning windows, washing and replacing screens. Our friends who were on gutter duty cleaned all the debris that fell from the roof (and a lot that was clutter from before they arrived). Thank you for going the extra mile to make the walks, deck and driveway look so good. The windows sparkle which makes the entire house glow. I think this was a big job; I expected it would take the entire day. They were done with everything cleaned up in about 2.5 hrs. Everyone was polite and answered all of our questions. Wes and Nick told me they had more than 10 years of experience, and so our windows didn't scare them one bit. I was lucky to get scheduled because they had a cancellation. The price was more than fair and I'm not afraid of the windows anymore. Thank you for an exceptional job - looking forward to working with you in the future."

"House is 25 years old.  One of those mass builder neighborhoods using the cheapest items available.  I am the 2nd owner.  Hated the bathroom from the beginning.  Grey (gross) shower insert.  White 6" floor tile.  Cheap vanity and fixtures.  Bath fan from circa whenever. <br /> Andy was a consummate professional.  Responded to my bid request in a timely fashion.  Gave all options available.  Gave me timelines and sources for product.  I wanted average hand holding and got what I wanted.  If I had a question, Andy got back to me immediately and offered suggestions and guidance.  <br /> Andy's crew was professional and friendly.  I work all day and hardly saw them; however, my daughter was greeted by them daily and told me they were were friendly (funny at times) and professional. <br /> When I got home they had cleaned up and, despite a full gut job, there was little mess other than drywall dust. which is to be expected. <br /> Bottom-line, I would definitely recommend Andy and his team to anyone who would ask.  I am so happy with the results.  I have a gorgeous bathroom.  My daughter has her own bath but has moved into mine (got to have a talk).  She treats it like her own personal spa.  Thanks Andy -- look at what I have to deal with now.  :) <br />"

"The scheduling process was easy and communication was good. Techs arrived on time and performed work scheduled. They were professional and did a great job of keeping the area clean-while cleaning the chimney. The cost was the same as I've paid in the past with other companies. They did a camera inspection of both flues (I have two fireplaces that share a chimney) and found damage due to internal chimney fires. Fox Chimney helped me navigate through the claims process with my insurance company and I'm in the process of scheduling repairs to the flues and installation of a wood burning insert in one of the fireplaces. They will be doing that work as well."

"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Peter did a great job! It's the best chimney on the block! All the neighbors are envious on how nice it looks. Peter gave us a choice of 6 different bricks before he started and he matched the mortar color with that of the house. The flashing also is perfect. Ditto the top cap. He cleaned up the job site well and cleaned all our gutters too! Price was right too. The only problem was that his communication needs some work. He got sick in the late winter/early spring and didn't let me know that he wouldn't be able to complete in the agreed time frame. Wasn't a problem for me but would have been better to just email or call and let me know. His work was also delayed by our wet Spring we had this year. Again communication with me could have been better. But, bottom line is he does great work. I would recommend him."

"Overall, very well. <br /> <br />We expected there would be glitches but didn't know what they would be. The old floor tile, which was falling apart at one end of the room, was almost impossible to remove in most places. We had to send all the cabinet doors to a shop for routing because they no longer make hinges to fit them. One old cabinet needed replacement. There was a delay in getting a butcher block countertop. Despite all this the work was completed within the estimated time and under budget. We're happy with the results. <br /> <br /> <br />"
