"I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. When Doug finished the job he thoroughly explained how the new water heat works and how the new plumbing system works. Doug was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future."

"The technician arrived on time and worked on the A/C tuneup while another Angie's List service was being performed on a newer house in Allen that I had closed on the week before.  In addition to the service purchased, he also helped to level the pad.
He performed the tuneup efficiently and did not "find" any other issues that needed additional repairs.

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"It went great. The one unit was not cooling very well but I decided was all the windows in the back of my house. The unit had frozen up and was dirty out side from all the yard work we had been having done. As mine was dethowing he even helped my neighbor out with her problem. Eric is a great guy and we will use him again. Thank you for making us comfortable again. Nothing better then sleeping in a cool home."

"Excellent Service! They accomplished my HVAC project quickly and at an affordable price. Will definitely hire again."

"Heard them on the radio, so gave them a call to get estimate on a new HVAC system for my house. They were very prompt and I had a salesman/tech here the next day. I already had a few estimates from other contractors. I am in the construction business also; So I know what work needs to be done and the cost. The person they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC .The system he proposed was exactly what was needed .There were no short cuts and or trying to add anything that was really not needed. This guy new HVAC system and installation throughly.I wanted to sign contract with him. So ,He gives me the estimates. Everything was great but the pricing was just incredibly higher compared to everybody else. With the same system from competitors with the same work (Replace plenum ,warranty, etc.) I did not say anything to the salesperson about the price. He did great job representing A1 Air. I thanked for his time but unfortunately will not go with them In conclusion; I feel they would have done an outstanding job with excellent service and equipment. There pricing for “me” was just too high. Now ,if you don’t know anything about construction/HVAC cost. They would be a great company to do business with. You get a very complete Top notch install with great equipment. With a great company to stand behind the system. It’s kinda like my wife going shopping at Neiman Marcus. They sale top quality products, service is outstanding, and they stand behind everything 100 percent. You do pay a hefty premium for all of that. So it up to the buyer"

"They were very responsive, came the same day, did a good job as far as I can tell. The AC is working again. But the repairman was here less than 30 minutes and simply cleared out the drain line. And then charged us $375"
