"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency.
