"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

"I actually had two different services- one was the $29 service call deal, to see why my dryer wasn't working properly. He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them in the future.

"I am so happy to write this review because I am thrilled with my experience with this company. Reaching out to the office I was schedule a visit for the next day right away. They called me in the morning to confirm the visit and let me know Rudy was on his way to the guy arrived right on time. After I explain the little I know about the ac problem, the technician was able to pinpoint the problem fast and gave me recommendations to correct the problem. He recommended Ultra violet system and cleaning. I called my brother to ask him if the price was reasonable, he said "get it done right away, don't ask questions, they probably made a mistake on the price" lol. I love how reasonable they are with their pricing, I can tell the company is here to help consumers and not to get over on them. My husband is in the military and unfortunately I have to hand all the tedious maintenance for our houses. This was the easiest repair call I had ever made. The guy even helped me switched my burnt out bulbs around the house and switched out a broken outlet.

I was so please with the service I sent them to my moms home as well. I requested Rudy again and they had no problems accommodating his schedule to please my moms busy routine. That was only $39 for a tune up and everything was fine there. He recommended a granade for her outside unit and she was also very please with the customer service.

"Great service as always! Took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 15, 2020 to have the front struts replaced and an Alignment. About 3 days ago (Feb 24th) the passenger side wheel started making a popping noise when driving at speeds under 30 miles per hour. Called Coachman and they said to bring it in. Took it in this morning and they immediately took it in to find and correct the issue. Within about 1 hour got a call that the problem had been found and corrected. No charge at all to fix I have used Coachman over the years on various vehicles and always feel like they are very honest and do great work at reasonable prices and have frequently recommended them to friends.
