They went above and beyond what was expected in repairing, replacing, and retrofitting in our somewhat complicated 1941 house and returned in a timely fashion to tweak the system. And when they saw I wanted to scrub the floor under the old furnace before the new one was installed, they even took it upon themselves to thoroughly scrub the area outside where the new air conditioner was installed without me asking.
