"I donâ t write many reviews, but when I find someone like Rick Anastasi, I feel obligated to do so. Rick is everything one could wish for in a service professional, but rarely finds these days. I called Rick to perform mold testing in my home, as I was concerned about the effects of persistent water intrusions from my roof. Rick came to my home the same day, performed a mold inspection, one swab testing, and indoor air quality testing. Throughout these processes, Rick explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what he found. He answered all of my questions (...no small task!), and made many helpful observations/suggestions regarding the water intrusion issues I was having. A few days later I received a detailed â Mold Inspection Reportâ and â Laboratory Analysis Report.â Rick had been consciously selective in the number of samples he took (without compromising the completeness and quality of his inspection), and his charges were most reasonable. The above reports could have been provided to any company to do the remediation work. I felt comfortable and confident enough with Rick to engage him to do that work, which will commence once Iâ ve resolved the water intrusion issues. "I did mold and air samples. Unlike 99 percent of any company out there, they don’t give you the whole sales pitch to try and get money money money! The sales man was extremely knowledgeable and told me it didn’t seem to look like I had a big problem. I am a little bit of a pro now since dealing with this in two different apts and any other company would have gone with the most mold is invisible to eye and doesn’t necessarily smell or people mask the odor with scents and oils.
