"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. "They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. "We have a 2nd story 832 sq ft house which had 2 wall A/C Units.  We were looking to upgrade to Central A/C.  Keys A/C went through every possible option, from converting half a closet to installing central a/c below the house and venting through the floor.  When it was all said and done the easiest (and only option that didn't involve loosing limited square footage) was Ductless A/C.  

Their quote was 75% of the closest competitor, and their professionalism exceeded everyone else as well.  After signing the contract and putting a deposit of 50% down for the units, they were here within a week to install.  They were here for 9 hours one day and returned the next day for 3 hours and the job was done -very efficiently - especially for the keys I must say!

They even took out the old AC Units and patched the hole in the wall (inside and out) for an extra charge - and did a great job!

I would recommend this company for everyone looking for AC in the Keys.

"They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
