While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. "For a couple of weeks I was having issues with my furnace. The first effort to fix it didn't work so I called Cozy home solutions to take a look at it. I called at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Friday and by 3:20 Steven, the owner, arrived. Within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Shortly after he called to schedule the install, which we agreed would be Tuesday morning. About 30 minutes or so after that call is when Malachi showed up with the part and said he was there to install it, a pleasant surprise! Another 20 minutes later a new induction motor and pressure switch was installed and Malachi was packing up. Both Steven and Malachi were very knowledgeable and good at explaining the mechanics of my furnace and what the issue was. They were very timely, efficient, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any issue or tune up in the future and would recommend them to anyone!"

"The service was okay. One thing that they do with the humidifier costs extra and I was unaware of that. I have a contract with them. They did charge a great deal more for a part for the humidifier on top of the monthly membership that I have with them. We are still using them and I know to just buy my own parts for the humidifier in the future."

"Martin came out we went over everything that needed to be dond. First time I have used chem dry so I was used to the steam cleaner vaccums and took me a bit by surprise they didn't use them but used floor buffers with absorbent cleaners. He explained this to me and the carpet looks great. Martin did a great job and I will be requesting him again in the future. I had 2 bedrooms a master closet and 2 area rugs done with the Angie's list big deal."

"Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own. Bob cares about the quality of his work and it is reflected in how he does business.
