So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."
