Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "

"Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."

"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.
