"Installed new Carrier 3.5 ton condenser and 4 ton air handler (fan coil) units. Our old air handler was 3.5 tons. Because the new fan coil was larger, they had to break down the old air return box underneath it in the garage and rebuild a new one. The new one was made of sheet metal, and they did a good job installing it. The only thing that was unexpected was that the air ducts for our house are now maxed out at how much air flow they can take with the new unit, even with the lowest fan motor speed. Did not realize that our duct work was limited in the amount of airflow. Because of this, it might have been better to get a 3.5 ton fan coil unit, however, the efficiency for 3.5 ton unit is not as good. For the month of August our FPL bill was 30% less than last year with the same average temperature."

"Fantastic experience. My AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and CoolAir came the next day in the morning (very fast response). They replaced the Capacitor and the unit started working immediately. In addition, on my request, they replaced a UV light Bulb I had installed in the past (best for cleaner air and allergies). "They were very respectful and prompt and had good communication. The duct installation was not great, there were several places where the ducts were not installed properly. They fixed some but not others. I'm still waiting for them the fix their installation (almost 2 year after). They are good at a/c work but don't hire them to replace your ducts."

Both the people in the office and techs they sent out had great customer service skills, explained everything and accomplished everything they said they would in the time they promised. There was a small accident while taking the duct cleaner in and out of our house, a tile on our front step got chipped. The techs showed it to me and the put me in immediate contact with office to resolve the issue. They promptly got a licensed contractor out to replace the tile and took care of everything. "Anthony was the last contractor who made the estimate. The first was at $13,200 to replace 6 ducts and plenum, second at $5700 for the same job. The third one was at $6000 to replace every duct in the house . Anthony price was $2000 for the same work, it was done in 2 hours and there was $300 refund as it was determined that replacement of one of the ducts was not necessary!
