"Politely said, Sparky is the boss.  
We needed electricity and HDMI ran from a cabinet in our great room up above our fireplace so we could mount a TV.  Also needed cable and electricity ran to a wall in our master bedroom so we could mount our TV on the wall. 
Sparky showed up on a Friday afternoon, five minutes early.  Assessed the situation, and before he left, said he would look into how much parts/etc would cost, and he would call me with a bid.  Sunday night I received a text from him with a bid, we set up a time for him to come for the install on 8/22 at 9am.  
Sparky showed up at 8:59, and got to work.  I came home from lunch to outlets installed where I had asked, cable ran, everything was great.  He could not find the specific outlet cover for AC / Cable, but it will not be visible once the TV is mounted, so it is not of real concern.  
I was a little uncomfortable mounting the brackets for our TV on the walls, as the studs were located in odd places - and I didn't trust myself to mount a $1,000 60" plasma anywhere that wasn't on a small stand.  ha!  
I asked if he would mind installing the mounts if I kicked him some extra $$, and he gladly obliged to stay longer than he had originally intended.  He even went so far as to use his own screws/mounting bolts that were FAR superior to the ones that were provided in the kit.
Couldn't be happier.  Should we plan on doing any other electrical work / lighting in the future, Sparky will be our first call.

"Awesome! We have never felt more comfortable and satisfied hiring a contractor! Brian came out within a day or two to look over the project, and then within another few days had a written quote! This was a huge project, and they handled it like no one else could. We interviewed 3 other companies and hands down, chose Arctic Air. Within a weeks time, they had removed 2- 250 gallon oil tanks, filled with oil mind you, took out the old oil furnace, replaced with a new gas furnace, and installed air conditioning! Even though we read a terrible F rated Angie's List review on Horizon we selected Horizon based on our friends advice because he had never led us astray before. We are glad we did.
Do you know how it is when you take your car to a mechanic to fix a certain and quot;thingand quot; that is happening and then can't recreate that and quot;thing.and quot; After the job was completed and Al, the electrician was taking us on an inspection tour, we turned on our second dehumidifyer on the other end of the basement only to have the circuit breaker pop---not the one just installed. After reset and turning off the dehumidifyer, the basement light brightned so we think we have finally hit and quot;paydirtand quot; in figuring out what is going on here. We were delighted that a certified electrician got to see this.
He explained that both of our dehumidifyers draw 7.5amps and the circuits are only 15amp so with a few light bulbs burning it can overload when the dehumidifyer kicks on. We will probably have him back to do another dedicated circuit, however, we will first check to see if we can purchase a dehumidifyer that does not pull so many amps. Maybe we are on to something here regarding lowering our electric bill and overfilling the landfill with old dehumidifyers (yes, I have a thing about that)
