The other 2 companies said they would just "soap" the joints out. The install went perfectly and Phil kept me involved during the install. I doubt I will ever need another gas line installed but I am very happy to have done business with Columbus Gas Pro!!!"

"The water company said that the entire meter well needed to be dug up and replaced to repair the leak. Several estimates for that were $2000-$4000. Amanda Plumbing found out from the water company that they could just replace the pipes in the meter well without excavation. However, in the end, the entire problem was resolved by just replacing a couple of gaskets. As President of the HOA, I was extremely happy with their solution and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs."

"I have a crawl space, no one's favorite place to go, particularly in the dead of winter. The plumber arrived and didn't blink when I told him where the pump was located. He crawled in, replaced it and came back out to tell me he had to fashion a new drain pipe. He did that and back into the crawl space he went. The whole job, start to finish, was about 20 minutes. He showed me the old pump and it was pretty beat up looking. I haven't heard a sound out of the new one, which is a definite improvement. When it starts raining, we'll see how it works."
