"Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.
We were very happy with the service and price we got and feel we can trust Brian.  We'll be using Absolute Air from now on.

AC unit install went great for me - the men were kind, professional  and did a wonderful job! I'm sure it was difficult for them as I have a very old house undergoing EXTREME renovations. They made it all work and it looks great too! They needed to special order some vent covers and the rep from the company stayed in communication with me about when order was placed, received and when it could be installed.

They are wonderful to work with, everyone very nice and professional - Highly recommend!

"Air duct cleaning is ripe for being taken to the cleaners. I had a less than honorable person three days prior quote me $200 on the phone and show up and tell me that it was going to cost $925. Needless to say, I pointed him to the door.
Santa Monica Air Duct arrived on time and with no gimmicks. It's obvious that he has been doing this for quite sometime. He was quite thorough going room to room for each air vent. He even pointed out two minor issues and advised me how to fix them. He offers a 1" air filter, so know what type of filter your system uses. Knowing mine used a 5" filter, I purchased online prior to his arrival. We were quite happy with the cleaning and would use them again.
