"The process went smooth, and the Technicians started on it the moment they arrived. I called Mr. Su'Coy and explained the situation he immediately set up an appointment with me to get the necessary repairs made. Mr. Su'Coy sent the first technician out to investigate the issue with the AC leaking and followed up with 2 young technicians to complete the job. The technicians that came out for the inspection and the 2 young technicians were on point with being on the schedule set.
