Received call Monday morning to see if he could come on over to do replacement, what a pleasant surprise! Sam arrived shortly after with water heater we discussed & all supplies needed , no running around to pickup stuff. Job completed in timely manner. Old unit hauled off and job site all cleaned. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

"Scott is a great guy and skilled technician. I attempted to repair my ac unit myself. I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! How awesome is that? In the process of replacing the condenser fan I must’ve displaced a wire or something and informed Scott. Who then called me and came out on his afternoon off to fix the issue! Do yourself a favor and call Scott the first time. He does a great job and won’t jerk you around like some of his competitors."
