Thought my heater was under warranty made phone calls and found mine expired 30 days late tried to get the manager at home depot to entend it but they would not So he got a new one for a little less that I would of had to pay for it did a lot other replacement of out dated parts Gave me a honest and fair price. "They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
