We chose to just replace the system. The sales rep was out here on time the next day he was also very professional and nice, then at the end of that meeting we were lucky enough to be able to get the AC installed the very next day which was Friday. The install guys were great also! They arrived early to my surprise which I was happy about. I was quoted about 6 to 8 hrs for install and the install team was quick 4 and a half hrs later new system was in and running great. It was a wonderful experience for such a large task"

"I called on a Saturday afternoon, and Vance and Tim were here within half an hour! They had the needed parts on the truck, replaced the part quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant and professional. As they were leaving, they noticed that the dryer vent on the roof was completely plugged with lint, so I hired them to also clean the dryer and the vent, which they did on the spot. While working on the dryer, they noticed that the washer and dryer doors face in the wrong (opposite) directions, and at no charge, they reversed and re-connected the two machines, which involved installing a longer dryer vent hose. All in all, they went above and beyond expectations, and solved three problems promptly and professionally!
