The BEST: I told them I thought it was the heating element, they picked one up from parts supply warehouse on the way got here. Told me it was NOT the heating element (save your money) call an electrician, it is the outlet. BOOM, mic drop... Further referred me to a reputable electrician who ALSO came out same day. Jason gave me a magnet business card I put on the side of our washer... DEFINITELY the ONLY appliance repair shop I will call for the foreseeable future. P.S.
