Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The GOOD: So nice to call a company and get a person answering the phone on the first or second ring and it was a HUMAN. The BETTER: I told them it was urgent they were here in two hours. The BEST: I told them I thought it was the heating element, they picked one up from parts supply warehouse on the way got here. Told me it was NOT the heating element (save your money) call an electrician, it is the outlet. BOOM, mic drop... Further referred me to a reputable electrician who ALSO came out same day. Jason gave me a magnet business card I put on the side of our washer... DEFINITELY the ONLY appliance repair shop I will call for the foreseeable future. P.S.
