The team worked well together, were very professional and pleasant. We went with the 2.5 ton Bryant heat pump which replace a 25+ year old system. We had only moved in to our modular home about a year ago and new the replacement was needed within 3 years. We went ahead and had it replaced before going through another winter and worrying whether it would hold up. The previous owners had a dog and the duct cleaning proved very beneficial. We would highly recommend this company for any HVAC work needed."

They took back the noisy furnace without giving us any problems. Cost was same as if we initially installed the efficient quiet furnace."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. They did a good job, but in the course of trying to sell me another service they pulled up a floor vent and made kind of a mess in my hallway, which I was not super-happy about, but it was not the end of the world. He did not ask me if he could pull up the vent and if he would have asked me I would have told him not to do it. This was the first time I used this company. They were very fast and efficient with the dryer vent cleaning and I have no complaints about that at all. I had a little trouble getting the service scheduled."
