"The service I received from Aegis Cleaning Services went well. The two young men who came out were polite and pleasant. They seemed to know what they were doing. I can't say anything negative about them. They were on time and got to work and didn't waste any time. They were very quick and efficient. "I don't know how to describe the trauma but I would not use them again. They were nice but between them and the electrician started a big fight on the job. They apologized and said that he will give me a gift card but that never happened. I don't think it is a norm for them on it because we have used them in the past to fix the old heat pumps. The price went above but they're friendly. On the job, I just don't know what to say and it just didn't work out for me. They're yelling at me and telling me what to do.
10/7/2014 Still never got the gift card. Also called 2 weeks ago asking for receipts for each unit and that has not come or a phone call from them.
