"1st Choice provides excellent water treatment system and services for less money compared to other companies, in my opinion ."

"RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. We would hire this company again."

"Install was quick and efficient. Installers answered our questions about our new system. Overall a good experience."

"Canney's was here the next day and replaced the water softener. Got all the instruction on operation and so on, and was completed in a couple hours. I could see a great improvement in my water quality right away. Very Happy with Canney's !"

"This is a very simple and elegant system. It takes up very little space in the lower level and the water in my entire house is now odor-free, tastes fresh and clean, and is free of any toxic chemicals. I had it tested after the work was done and I love not having to worry about what chemicals my children, grandchildren, and I are coming into contact with every day. I love my water now!"

"We needed a new hot water heater along with installing three new sinks after our new counter top we’re installed. I was able to get all of the work completed on the days I needed them. They were very knowledgable and friendly. Everything works great and they cleaned up nicely. I recommend calling Pipe Monster Plumbing. Susan Staal"

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."
