"They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. "We had our whole house water softener installed by this company on 10/23, and it came with a 1-year free platinum care program, which included coming out and adding salt to the system quarterly and also making sure the system is running like it's supposed to. After the year, we didn't renew the platinum care program, and when the worker came out in July 2024 to add salt to our system, he purposely placed our system in bypass. We are from up north and never had to use a water softener, so we didn't realize that the system wasn't working properly for almost 10 months. When we finally got around to having another company come out and check the system over (8/29), they immediately saw that the system had been placed in bypass. Now, understand, this isn't the case where someone could have accidentally hit a switch and put the system in bypass.
