"Josh and his team were very professional. He came out, checked the old furnace and air conditioning unit. We sat down he made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the job. I researched the brand name he was going to install and decided that was what we should go with. Also talked with three different people that knew Josh and he was highly recommended. Everything was done exactly the way he explained and for the price that was quoted. He even helped me set my iPhone up so I could operate the thermostat remotely. "I am so happy that I decided to hire Rich to install my new a/c and furnace. I had called another company to give me a quote and decided to call Rich as well. Rich came out the same day and quoted me $2k less than the other company WITH a better furnace and a/c! During install my son let the cat in the room where my furnace was being installed, while Rich was outside, and my cat ran into the duct and we did not know. After my furnace was finished being installed Rich noticed my cat had snuck inside. Even though this set him back an hour, because he had to take it apart and then put it back together to get the cat out, he did not let me pay him extra or even seem upset by it. He just wanted to make sure the cat was okay. I don't usually write reviews but I had to after this! My a/c is running great and my house cools off much faster now."

"He did everything in one day. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I got an excellent price and an excellent furnace. My heating cost has gone down significantly. My furnace is now running at about 97% efficiency! He took care of everything. I was so pleased. He even corrected an existing gas issue before he installed the new furnace. "The people they sent out came out, they came out , I think about 4 or 5 different times. I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". They would patch it and it would break, they would patch it, and it would break. Finally, I said, "I want a new furnace. What do we have to do to do a new furnace. You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
