"Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"On the hottest day of the year they fit my AC in for repair. It was leaking into my house. I am now cool and totally appreciate their fast service."

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

I was so impressed I hired this company for a plumbing issue in my own home. "It was a quiet Friday night when the old HVAC system let out a terrible holler and sent machine gun vibrations reverberating through the neighborhood. After decades of flawless operation, this one stretch of triple digit temperatures was just too much to handle. With more extreme heat in the forecast, I needed help quickly. But I didn’t expect much could be accomplished over the weekend. I’m pleased to report, however, that Bosh Home Solutions was prompt, attentive, and diligent. They had a brand new dual-fuel heat pump and furnace system working by sundown on Monday. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. I found every member of the team to be responsive to my needs and concerns, good communicators, patient and thorough in their evaluation and during the installation. I am more than pleased with the outcome, and I plan to use them for regular maintenance on both HVAC systems in my home."

"Same day professional service. Great job!"

"I was shown pictures of problems that I did not know was going on. I have had a heat pump in my Attic and I showed that mold was in and around my unit. I am thankful to James for showing me this and I was told about equipment that can be installed to make sure that we do not breathe this air that can come into our house. I got the repairs done today. I asked James to send me information about the type of unit that they can install to help with this problem."
