When Billy from Valdel Plumbing stopped by to give me his estimate for work, I was impressed. He gave me a reasonable price and really knew what he was talking about. "The work was completed but not without challenges. The project was to replace the shut-off valves under the vanity. The water was shut from the main shutoff valve. While the work was being done in the bathroom upstairs, I noticed water leaking from my Living room ceiling below. The bathroom had water all over the floor. I was informed that when the main shut-off valve was reopened, the water pressure turned the under sink shut-off valve from the off position to the on position (the facet line was not hooked up yet).
