He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. "Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well."

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"Horizon delivered exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Our furnace stopped working @ 5am on a Sunday morning. Tech was here at 10 am as promised, found the problem and ordered the part required. Monday was a holiday.
