Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. Said they don’t make those things any more, parts are rare and suggested for $750 that we replace the whole deal with an all in one hot and cold shower knob. Called Jack Woods. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"
