"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The service Brandon provided was fantastic. I purchased a deal from Angie's List that allowed for 1 return vent, 1 main line, lower unit furnace cleaning and unlimited supply vents. The house has more main lines than I expected it to have so the cost not covered by the deal was a little more than I expected, but still a great deal and worth every dime! Brandon and his assistant arrived at 8:00 am on the dot as scheduled. Before even starting work Brandon walked me through everything that needed to be done and what was part of the AL deal and what wasn't. He showed clearly where he was giving discounts or providing service at no additional charge. They worked through the entire house and were very professional. We apparently had a serious clog in our drier vent that he cleaned out and showed me how to avoid that in the future. They cleaned up after themselves and left no real trace of having been there. Brandon has just had a granddaughter earlier that morning and had been up all night, but didn't even consider rescheduling (although I would have totally understood if he had called and asked).
