"Blue Star was there on site immediately. They service all three of my rental properties and used to service my home until I moved. They rock"

"Going to take two visits, but that is because they wanted to see if when the unit thawed the fan was still working and save me over $1000. Turns out the fan is shot. So, calling them back, but I know they will be able to fix it. They have done work for me on this unit before. They cannot service all units, as I have a business and they weren't able to fix that one. But, they said that when they got there and looked at it before they spent a lot of time or money on parts, so at least they are honest."

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

"These guys are awesome! The outside part of my HVAC system was completely bombed. All it would do was make clunking noises when the system tried to fire up. Briggs showed up and figured out the issue. They were able to coordinate and get parts on the same day, and get my system back up and running. These guys are amazing, I wouldn't call anyone else."

"Update: 7/1/2021 - I had Neighborhood Specialists come out and replace/upgrade two furnaces, two AC units, water heater, and air filtration system in our new home. Once again, stellar service! Neighborhood Specialists have been my go-to for many years now. Everything from AC repairs on my old AC unit, whole house humidifier install, to replacing the AC and Furnace completely. Dependable, on-time, professional, honest, and a great value. I have recommended them to many neighbors and friends. You will not be disappointed!"

"Lucky and his team member came out twice to help us with our washing machine issues. They were able to come immediately to help fix the problem. I very much appreciate the superb service and knowledge that they shared about our machine and potential future issues and things that we could do to improve things. I would absolutely call them again for future repairs, they are a class act and wonderful people to work with. Thank you Lucky!"

"I sent a text to Clover on a Sunday evening when the temperatures had dropped very low and one of our HVAC units was not working properly. I was surprised to get a response the same evening and an appointment the following day. The technician was prompt and professional and had the repair made within an hour of his arrival. We also discussed some other potential areas of concern but he did not try to sell me on any additional services. It’s hard to rate price since I didn’t have time to get competing quotes but Clover’s price seemed reasonable, especially given the weather and the need to get the unit working again as quickly as possible. This is the second time I’ve used the company and I give them a very favorable recommendation."

"The people from Sila were excellent. They replaced our hot water heater quickly and with attention to detail. We had an odd configuration of gas piping that also turned out to be lose, they reconfigured to make it fit the space much better and was secure. They also redid an outdoor connection that had rusted and casing deteriorated from UV rays. Very pleased with their work, fair and reasonable pricing, would hire again."
