"On the 27th of April 2022, Rob and Seth of Maynor Services installed my new Trane Gas Pack HVAC system. Both actually showed up early and were waiting out front before our appointment. We talked briefly about what they were going to be doing and they got right to work. You could tell that they’d worked together as a team for a while as they both tackled different areas without any discussion. Seth even dug up and moved two shrubs to make room for removing the old unit and installing the new unit. At the end, he replanted them and both shrubs have survived like they were never disturbed. They removed all the old equipment, including stuff under the house without a trace. The new unit went in perfectly and the sheet metal covering the ducts and attaching everything back to the house looked so much better and more professional than the old installation. Rob only had to come into the house just a couple of times; to remove the old control system and thermostats and install the new thermostats. It was a full day’s work for Rob and Seth, but the results were perfect. Both were very personable and I would highly recommend them as team to install Trane equipment to anyone. I’ve used Maynor for preventive maintenance on my old equipment for two years leading up to replacing my 16-year-old system and kept it operating perfectly, but now, before it really gets hot and while equipment was available seemed to be the smart time to make an upgrade."

"Fantastic. He located the issue with washer but due to the age and availability of parts recommended our $ we’re better spent replacing it. A lot of folks would just take your $ and not care it was a waste of money. Also dryer issue had to do with the vent. Got me in touch with an expert to do the cleaning. Very knowledgeable, very fair and professional but best that it is obvious he take pride in his work and really has his customers best interest in mind. Will call him for all of my repair needs!"

"Originally I had them come out to look because my downstairs A/C system was cooling sporadically. The technician was really friendly, polite and informed me that it would be $1500 to replace the variable motor b/c it was completely done. My system is just now at 10 years old. I decided to compare the cost of getting a new unit which I ended up doing. I got different estimates but Andy gave me the best deal for the best unit out of all the estimates. Install went great, the technicians were very polite, professional and my house is cooling again."

All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"very quick to respond... Chris, the tech was great in answering my questions before installing the air conditioning motor that went out. My first call I was told I would have to pay over $100 dollars when a tech came out, but was referred by home advisors so no charge. The person quickly checked into that after I questioned the fee. I didn't appreciate getting called at 7:50am and being asked for my credit card information, and when I asked to have any warranty information sent to me I was only sent the invoice. I had another woman who followed up with me who was wonderful, and very profession.....I would use them again...would have like to hear about up keep recommendations"
