"The unit is without odor and the air seems to be cooler."

"Unit wasn’t cooling so I called the company, who came out within hours. My system wasn’t able to fixed that night so they left me a portable unit, which I’ve never had done before. And they returned the next morning with the needed part. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend."

"This was my first time using this company after using another company for many years. This company is absolutely awesome!
The were punctual, calling before they arrived, went right to work evaluating the system. They did things to the AC/Heat system I hadn't seen done for awhile.
When they were done, they thoroughly explained everything they saw both in the attic and in the portion of the unit in the back yard. We decided to replace a capacitor that day and to get an estimate on duct work repair/replacement.
They cleaned up after themselves.
The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgable.
THANK YOU PAYNE!!!!
They will be servicing my units in the future!

"EXCELLENT SERVICE! THIS YOUNG MAN IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTESY AND DEPENDABLE. YOU CAN NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA WITHOUT A A/C REPAIR COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST!! 5 STAR COMPANY"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They have service call is in expensive. This is just to get you. I felt this is bait and kill deal. But to fix the leak, their estimate through the roof not realistic. I wish they would increase service call fee and reasonable with the cost to fix minor repairs. Finally, we fixed the leak ourselves and saved 100's of dollars. I am rating B for the services that they were hired for. This did the job of diagnosing the problem. I did not hire them to fix because their price is too high."

"I got three different quotes from three different companies and Richie to me was the most professional and honest. He took the time to explain me everything on details and came to my house after hours because of my work schedule. His price was very competitive and I felt confident I had chosen the correct one. I was right....he did a great job, was fast and clean. My brother is getting his done with Richie too. I am very happy over all with the work he did and I would use him again in the future or recommend him to any friends or family. I know I got good quality material for what I paid for.

"I was having a problem with my air conditioning system and hired Tony to replace the equipment. During a site visit Tony also pointed out that the ducting was not installed properly, spotting several returns that were not tied back to the air handler. Some of the supply feeds from the air handler were also undersized. Within 2 days, Tony and his guys replaced the old system and upgraded the ducting. Tony himself came in on Sunday on a very hot day to get in my attic to finish the work. I would recommend this contractor to others."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"They installed a stove and repaired my dryer. They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again."
