The 2 faucets were installed in 70 minutes. Both the dispatcher and the techs were courteous in all my dealings with them. My problem is with the time I wasted waiting without an initial call to say they would be late. An error on the part of Home advisor in not informing Patriot Plumbing of the booking or an error in Patriot Plumbing's checking their bookings?"
