He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

"We hired Bob Phalan to replace the surrounding trim after we had installed new garage doors. He estimated 1½ days. But upon removal of the exist aluminum siding, structural damage including carpenter ant damage and a rusted-cracked lally column were discovered. Bob made required repairs replacing 2x4s, the lally column, plywood, insulation, wall board, and plastering. Then he was able to begin work on the vinyl trim. We showed Bob a photo of the “look” we wanted to achieve and he achieved it perfectly. He was at our home for 3 very long days, the cost of his work was very reasonable."

What was good about Le Pan was that all options were discussed in general, with pictures and then in regard to where each option would be located and how it would be done. We chose to purchase additional options beyond the new pump. We have been very happy with the installation, have not had any issues with water, have redirected the drainage away from the house (it was actually coming toward the house and reinserting itself into the sump pump). They did all of the work at once, over 2-3 days. We were very happy."

"Tom and his crew transformed our outdated and drabby bathroom into a timeless and beautiful room. It's the first room we step into each morning as we get our day off to a fresh start and the last room we step out of before retiring to bed each night. Needless to say, the bathroom is a room that our family wanted to be filled with light in the morning while setting the stage for tranquility at night. The old, square, light pink tiles have been replaced with classic subway tiles and the walls painted with Benjamin Moore Dove White. Glass tile divides the tile and wall while adding an accent of ocean blue. They did such a professional job repairing the areas of the wall damaged by the old, removed tiles. The ceiling paint has stood up to the moisture and still looks brand new (the work was done a year ago). We replaced 2 doors which they also painted and the finish has survived much use. Giovanni and Bruno were always pleasant and polite, no matter how meticulous or taxing the work. They were also very knowledgeable in all aspects of their craft. Tom made sure to check-in with me either in person or by telephone at every stage and personally inspected the work throughout and at the end of the project. We are so pleased with their work and professionalism that we are using them for our upcoming kitchen renovation."

"They did an amazing job - can't say enough how happy we are that we chose to work with them.  This was our first renovation project and we heard all the horror stories of problems with contractors.  Our gut instinct was to place a priority on picking a team that were good honest people that we could trust.  Quality of work was also important, but second to trustworthiness.  What we experienced was the best of both worlds - wonderful, honest people to work with and beautiful, expert craftsmanship.  Furthermore, they take great pride in their work and have a very high standard for any subcontractors they work with.  They amazed us in their ability to work well with subcontractors and scheduling, getting things done on time.  They are also fun to work with and have a great sense of humor.  The costs were fair (all we had hoped for), and certainly lower than some other area contractors we interviewed.  Of course we went over our initial budget (as most house projects do), but entirely because of changes we made along the way after the initial estimate/contract.  They were also not afraid to tell when they thought we might be wasting our money on something or if we could do something just as nice but in a less expensive way.  They are great at maintaining the character of a house - in some of the new work they did, they made it seemlessly fit in to the rest of the older house.  They were also able to reuse a lot of old materials (wood paneling, doors) in the house and repurpose them for other uses - maintaining the same feel and saving on materials cost.  They were also good about checking in with us throughout the building process and giving us cost updates.  As I said before, we give them the highest recommendation and look forward to working with them on future projects."

"I cannot say enough great things about our experience!! We have extensive water damage on 3 floors, a HUGE mess! Called them & they sent Charlie within 2 hours. He told me it was going to be a huge undertaking from the start & reassured me they would start right away without needing a deposit or down payment & they would deal with the ins. co. They were there with blowers and dehumidifiers by the end of the day. We had an independent adjuster come and it's a blessing. Matt is dealing with all the issues AND the ins. co. We've only dealt with an ins. co once in past and got ripped off. Matt arranged housing (hotel, etc) while we rebuild. Mark, the proj. manager from J.B. Day, and his whole crew was amazing. had us fully packed and moved out, & the house demoed in 3 days. Pleasant, hard working, safe and thorough. totally cleaned it all. Told us what to expect the whole way. Amazing job on incredible mess. They come back at the end to move us back in! Definitely will use them again!!!!"
