"I would absolutely hire Ethan again. We had high water bills...he responded to my text request quickly. First ..he came when at the day n scheduled time! He was respectful of property, very polite. Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!"

"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

Faced with the daunting task of installing a message steam shower and remodelling the bathroom, he planned, sequenced and completed the work on time and within budget, a true house engineer. I particularly noted his choice of quality material and the precision of his work but noteabably, was his fantastic painting he did ... a true artist. He let us know iof his activity and saught approval each step of the project. He texted his arrival time, even when buying supplies, or delayed; he always arrived on schedule. "Our expansion tank blew off the hot water tank on a Friday night. We had to turn off the water to the house to prevent flooding. We contacted Bucci Plumbing's emergency service. They coudn't send anyone until Saturday morning. Our plumber arrived early, calling ahead to make sure we were available, and swiftly viewed the problem. He left to get parts and returned quickly, In about an hour he had removed the old tank, fixed the bad job done by a previous installer, and has a new tank properly installed. We have used Bucci for many years now, and None of their repairs has ever broken, caused problems for other contractors, or given us any cause to worry."
