"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Our tech arrived shortly after getting home from work. He was ontime and prompted. He diagnosed our issue and proceeded with the repair. The tech was from Sears Repair hired by our home warranty service [*** Link removed ***] and kudos to them for doing so! We paid $85 for the service call, but we also got quite a bit of additional info concerning our machine. Johnny was very, very informative."

"I bought a "whole home mold test" deal for $70, something like 50% off. The guy came with a moisture meter. He plugged it around for about 10 minutes in my basement and in 1-2 locations upstairs. He said the mold in my basement was mold. He said it wasn't the lethal black kind (which was appreciated). He said they'd charge $1,500 to get rid of it, or I could drop about $100 at Home Depot and do it myself (this too was appreciated). I don't regret buying this deal, because I did need this information. But at the same time, I did pay $70 for about 10 minutes of his time.
