"Due to work backlog, it took a few days to get service person to house. Service person was very good and was able to quickly identify problem and review repair options. A second visit was required to actually perform repair as parts had to be obtained. Repair was completed in a quick, efficient manner. Service person did a good job of answering all my questions and describing the work he was doing."

"After a no call/no show by another technician (during 3 weeks of 90+ temps, a sick spouse, 3 tired dogs & a pandemic), I called Hvac Doctor after finding a referral on Angie's List. My call was promptly returned & I was honestly told I would be contacted if an opening presented itself. Within a few hours & much to my delight after a restless night of sleep, I was called & my central air was promptly & accurately repaired. These guys are top notch professionals as well as knowledgeable. Hvac Doctor is now going to be my new ongoing routine maintenance technician as well. Search no more, call Hvac Doctor! Can I give them 10 stars?"

"I am a long-time Pronto customer and I’ve been on their annual program for a number of years. I have always had thorough, professional service and have had all questions answered. I recommend Pronto for furnace and air conditioner service and repair."

"Aquarius Home Services' personnel are always friendly, efficient, and good communicators. Ryan Kahl did a great job for us servicing our water conditioning system. He is a good communicator and very courteous, exploring how he could provide additional help or service for us."

"Quick response to request for help. Informed us of options for repair. Central air works perfectly now."

"Great same-day service the tech arrived on time and did a professional repair . Highly recommend hero and would consider to use again in the future"

"Great service, from scheduling to thoughtfulness in the repair process. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"Prompt service and high quality results!"

"The technician seemed knowledgeable despite his young age. Well trained maybe or having enough experience where he'd seen this issue before. The cost of the repair seemed expensive given the nature of the repair (low parts cost) and the time spent doing the repair. Maybe too big of a kickback to HomeAdvisor for the referral."
