"Perfect! Prime Plumbing answered on my first call and scheduled plumber to come out and inspect job and offer quote. I accepted immediately and the scheduled the job for exactly when I asked. The plumber, Donald, who came out to inspect and quote the job also did the job. He installed a new natural gas line and manifold, set up the pressure test for the county inspector, hooked the line up to BGE's meter after they ran the outside line, and then connected our new gas dryer and vent to the outside. He also supplied and installed a new sanitary sink and water supply and waste lines in our basement. His work was perfect! The price was very fair and competitive. Their office staff is friendly, helpful and answers the phone immediately. We will use Prime Plumbing for all of our future needs and they have our highest recommendation."

Everything was done on time and in a professional manner. The best part was the price of the gas, much more reasonable than other suppliers I had dealt with. "This guy is awesome!!! He showed up on time and worked hard. He was friendly and communicated all that he was doing. He had a sense of humor too. I teased him that he couldn't be a proper plumber since I didn't see butt crack. He offered to drop his pants a bit. No thanks!!! We all laughed. <br /> We had leakage issues in basement and really strange pipe arrangements. He ripped out the strangeness and replaced it with clean, straight connections that are properly fixed to walls and ceiling studs. It turned out that previous owners had installed the wrong type of PVC pipes on the hot water lines. That's why it leaked if you looked at it crosswise. We now have the correct piping and basement is dry and pretty. And I can run hot water to laundry without buckets on floor to catch leaks. Yippee! <br /> Would I hire this guy again? Oh yes!!! When we're ready to rebuild basement bathroom next year, this is the guy I'll call. <br />"

"Chesapeake Plumbing was outstanding. They were able to assess the problem (correctly) after only being on site for a few minutes. The main hot water pipe had a leak which was over the AC unit in a very difficult place. Pipe was replaced, cured, and the area cleaned with in a short period of time. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. I will continue to use them in the future as needed."

"Brian and Modern Plumbing Systems was recommended to me by a friend. I just moved into my first house a few days before, and there was a small gas leak in the heating system. I called Brian in to take a look at it. He took a while to get back to me, but when he did, he set an appointment quickly. I was outside of his usual work zone, but he came to my home anyway. Brian was very friendly and professional. <br /> He checked the system for leaks and did not find any when the system was off. He turned the system on and while we waited for the system to warm up, he asked if there was anything else he can look at. For no extra charge, he tried to work on my seized garbage disposal (with no luck), inspected all the pipes in the basement including looking at the crawl space, checked all faucets and toilets for leaks and made some important recommendations to me about my garden hose system, which was improperly installed by the previous owners. He even showed me how to replace the garbage disposal myself if I did not want to call a professional to do it! Once the heating system was up and running, he fixed the gas leak and checked the entire system for leaks the home inspector may have not seen. Even with all of this and despite taking longer, he only charged me for one hour of labor. <br /> Brian is a very professional, laid back and efficient plumber. He showed a lot of care with the work he did for me and seemed very knowledgable about his job. I always worry about being overcharged or being recommended work that is not necessary, but I had absolutely no sense that Brian would do this. He was extremely honest with me about things that my home inspector said should be updated but he felt were not necessary, despite the fact it would bring him more business. <br /> I absolutely recommend Modern Plumbing Systems and will use them again if ever I need to. <br />"
