Submitted a request on Angi yesterday afternoon, received an immediate call back saying they could be here within 2 hours to diagnose an issue with our central A/C air handler in our attic. AJ was here promptly, and immediately went to work systematically checking through each part of the system. Side note - it must have been 115 degrees in the attic while he was working, didn't seem to bother him at all! Within 2 hours, he had identified a failed motor, sourced the parts, and gotten me a very reasonable quote for replacement. Parts arrived the next day, when he and Sam came out to install, got the whole system back up and running normally, and cleaned up. They did the job for the price they quoted, in the time they quoted it, without trying to sell me an entire new A/C system.... can't tell you how much that's appreciated. First time customer, but will definitely be using them for our boiler service as well. Fantastic service. Could not be happier I found them."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."
