"Choate's has a gem with Terek! Awesome young man who is polite, kind, and respectful. Arrived on time and ready to work on 3 a/c units and furnaces. Told him we have a Service Dog in training and Terek was totatly onboard. Even mindful to close the doors when going outside and permisdion to pet her. When done he explained everything so I could understand. When he left I noticed he had the truck hood up. Went outside to ask what's wrong. He was fixing the battery on the truck again. I ssked how often he had to do this..he said many times. Asked if the office knew an he said yes. He got it fixed! Thank you Terek for a job well done today! Awesome young man whom I will request for any future work. Choate's is a great company with awesome employees. Lets get this fixed so techs have one less thing to worry about during the work day."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service was excellent! They arrived early to our appointment which early happens with service work nowadays. We had noticed large collections of dust build up around our vents and have been having troubles with our allergies. We have had our ducts cleaned before by it was years ago. We knew it needed to be done again. The last company we used before charged an arm and a leg and we have heard great things about TruClean so we decided to give them a try. As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. "My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I was sick in the hospital when the hot water heater acted up. My wife called Drain Go and they came out to investigate the problem. They found it was just an over pressure valve had tripped. They reset the valve and were on their way.
They could have tried to sell my wife on more services or replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced but they didn't. I appreciate their professionalism.
