"I woke up at 2:30 in the morning on Friday to find that my home was very very cold. My furnace was on but was not producing any heat and in this winter night my home was cooling down quickly. Once businesses were open in the morning I began calling several HVAC services, many of which I had to talk with a receptionist who told me that a technician would get back with me later. When I called DMC Les answered and immediately scheduled an appointment with me for later in the morning. He arrived on time and identified the problem quickly: A "limit" panel that needed to be replaced. Within 30-minutes my furnace was again producing heat. Excellent service and very professional. Nice guy too."

"So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. Home repair is never a pleasant experience but 3 times over the last decade, this business has given me peace of mind and fixed all issues quickly and professionally. Richard Gainer"
