"Very happy with my experience so far. Goldenaire called back quickly to schedule an estimate, then the owner (Ken Golden) came out personally the next morning and provided a detailed, written estimate with different options to help make things more affordable. He was also very willing and open to answering my questions. (One of the other companies that gave me an estimate just scribbled a few notes down on a piece of paper and seemed reluctant to discuss details or answer questions).
Two days after I gave the go-ahead, the Goldenaire crew was at my door for the installation (at exactly the promised time -- 7 am!). Job was done by around 3 pm. The lead installer Kenny was very courteous and professional. I believe he's the owner's son, and I'm hoping he takes over the business eventually as I would definitely hire him again in the future. Speaking of which, this company included 5 years of labor as part of the system warranty. (The other companies that submitted estimates only included a year of labor).
I won't know how well the system works until this summer, but will update this review if anything about my experience changes.

"My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"Awesome experience from one week prior to installation when Tech Sonny Osorio made a service call to my home! I made the decision to replace my very old system! He arranged for Estimator Paul McHugh to come to my house! New system was selected, installation date arraigned for 3/13/18. Rick Tudor and his crew did the installation! From start to finish Ray O. cook is the very best! Absolutely no high pressure and everyone was timely, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Answered all my questions, and the pricing was great! Highly recommend!"

"Bon was very helpful and luckily had an opening for my HVAC unit during a crazy heat wave when all of the other big companies flaked on me or didn't have openings for weeks. My unit wasn't pumping out cool air and it was 90 degrees in my house during the heat wave. His prices and services were very reasonable. He gave me a free estimate by checking my vents and my unit. Luckily I just ran out of refrigerant and he was able to refill it when he found out I had very low levels. He noticed the builders who installed the unit was lazy and didn't waterproof the wiring correctly so he found a pool of water collecting in the sleeve holding the wires. He waterproofed it for a cheap price. Thank you for saving the day Bon!"
